]project-open[ is the ideal tool for us but without Qabiria’s contribution we would not have been able to complete the installation in such a short time.

Matiz is a young and promising translation company based in Cartagena, in the Murcia region. At the helm there is Begoña, a dynamic business woman with a very clear concept in mind: you must rationalize resources if you want to be able to offer your clients a service which is abreast of the current needs of the global market. This is why she chose ]project-open[ to manage her business entire workflow.

Thanks to the features of this software, Qabiria was able to design a tailored intervention for Matiz, including a pre-installation stage to shorten travel and out-of-office time. In this first stage, in Barcelona, we adapted the different modules of the management system to the client's needs, we designed invoice and quotation forms and completed the initial configuration of the application.

Later on, Sergio went to Cartagena for the actual installation, editing of the system parameters and training, operations which can only be carried out on-site with the participation of the staff. After the commissioning of the software, Qabiria provided remote support to Matiz to clear out any doubts arising while migrating to the new system.

Outcome

In a few weeks Matiz was able to reorganize its entire business, exploiting the features of a complete management software and relying on Qabiria's efficient support, thus laying the foundations to expand their business.
