Noemi Pisu
Interpreter, translator, chronic globetrotter, a jungle at home.
Sardinian roots, a European heart, an interpreter by vocation. Noemi realised early on that sitting still wasn’t for her: from her degree onwards, she racked up Erasmus placements, work placements and moves between Spain, Ireland, Portugal and Catalonia, staying in each place for only as long as was absolutely necessary. At the moment, she’s still in Barcelona (much to her own surprise, too) and the sea on his doorstep helps.
After completing a Bachelor’s degree in Languages and Cultures for International Tourism in Verona, a Master’s degree in Translation and Interpreting in Rome and a Master’s in Leadership for International Relations at the Italy-USA Foundation, she works in Italian, Spanish, English and Portuguese, moving with ease between international events, fashion, sustainability and architecture.
In her spare time, she grows plants (with results that are turning her home into a tropical forest), experiments with eco-friendly cooking and plans her next trip.
