From the client portal you can:
- view requested projects;
- upload and download project files;
- view invoices;
- view quotes;
- view statistical reports on jobs requested;
- keep track of payments.

Since Qabiria’s inception, we have used a cloud-based project management system that allows all our employees to work remotely from any location and any device.
A decentralised peer-to-peer synchronisation system ensures that project files can be replicated on all devices, ensuring immediate availability.
In order to communicate smoothly, the team is connected to a private chat, which clients and suppliers can also access (on separate channels). When the chat is not enough, we switch to video calling with screen sharing.
In addition to this we have a shared knowledge base, a wiki... We could fill a whole page with all the programmes we use, have used or have tested. But we know that you don’t really care. And that’s fair enough.
Suffice to say that all the software we use contributes to making us more productive and serving you better. That’s why we never stop studying and following the latest developments in the industry.
