Arnau Dalmau Escué
Translator, computer scientist, teacher, LaTeX whiz

He holds a degree in computing systems, another in translation and interpretation, a Master’s degree in Translation Technology and another in Secondary Education. He not only collects university degrees, but also mechanical computer keyboards. He pretends to be able to speak Catalan, Spanish, English, German and Chinese. He began his adventure as a translator in 2017, but discovered LaTeX in the spring of 2010 while studying computer science. He is a true language enthusiast and an admirer of Rubik’s cubes (and a bit of a nerd), and has been playing the cello (badly) since he was seven. He has now switched to the ukulele. An animal lover and TV series addict, he has a motorbike, but doesn’t like racing. One essential app: Spotify.
