Translator, journalist, word hunter

She has a degree in Communication Sciences with a specialisation in Journalism from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora. She is registered as a professional journalist in the register of regulated professions in Brazil. For many years she worked as a reporter, press officer and content editor for company newsletters. In 2008, she began her career as a freelance translator, working in technical, editorial and media translation. In the meantime, she also writes content for the web. A cat lady in the throes of abstinence, she likes to immerse herself in nature in her free time. She is the translator of Il traduttore insostituibile (The Irreplaceable Translator) into Brazilian Portuguese.
