We are very pleased to announce that Smartling awarded Qabiria with its new Smartling Translator Award last January 4, 2018, in the Power LSP of the Year category.
The three winners of this award, conceived to recognise the work of freelance translators and translation agencies working with Smartling, are chosen on the basis of the number of words translated in the previous year.
As for us, we translated over 3 million words in 2017, an achievement that is very satisfying. The official announcement of the award can be found on Smartling’s website.
Smartling is a US-based company that offers its clients a technology platform that facilitates human translation of dynamic content, such as that found on a website or within software and applications that are constantly being updated. Since September 2012, Qabiria has been providing Smartling with translation and proofreading services in the English-Italian language combination, employing a team of collaborators located in various parts of Europe.
